Well, let's break it down. Firstly, the annual expense of employing a senior-level designer surpasses $100,000, and that's not including benefits. Additionally, finding an available designer with the necessary expertise can be quite a challenge.
Moreover, there might be times when you don't have a continuous stream of work for a full-time designer, leaving you with idle time and expenses. Our monthly subscription model offers flexibility—you can pause and resume your subscription based on your workload. This way, you're only paying for design services when you actually need them.
With your subscription, feel free to submit as many design requests as you need. Each request will be completed and delivered to you in sequence.
We recognize that you may not always have a constant stream of design needs throughout the month. If you find yourself with only a few requests currently, you can easily pause your subscription.
Typically, you can expect most requests to be fulfilled within two days or less. However, please note that more intricate requests may require additional time.
You can request directly through Trello, share Google docs or wireframes, or even create a brief Loom video. If it can be linked or shared in Trello, it's good to go!

Unfortunately, refunds are not available due to the high-quality standards of our work.
We use Figma for design delivery, as it offers excellent features for development handoff, ensuring smooth communication and implementation between designers and developers.
